19 June Thames Path walk, Putney bridge and a goodbye dinner at Brunswick

Our holiday in the UK is coming to an end. Our pace has slowed down and it showed in that we had a little sleep in

It is now my turn to be sick. We did a gentle walk to Putney Bridge via Thames walk from Hammersmith. Apart from the dandelion seeds peppering the air, the weather was decent enough. Rain was forecasted in the afternoon but we reckoned an hour's walk in my condition should be quite doable.

After a tortilla lunch at Putney, we dove into Waterstones, bought 3 books and dug in at the cafe. Pat suggested we rest up back 'home'. It was an easy bus ride 220 to Hammersmith. 3 hours rest while the doctor has her clinics and rounds in Queen Square.

We met our baby at Brunswick, a short walk for H from the hospital. Over 'world food' at Giraffe, we ate for the last time. We walked her back to her apartment and hope she will  make her way back to Singapore this December in return.
